Tom Ball is a 28-year-old British singer-songwriter whose powerful vocals and emotional depth have captivated audiences worldwide. Rising to fame as the standout runner-up on Britain’s Got Talent in 2022, he returned the following year to make history as the first-ever Group Golden Buzzer finalist on America’s Got Talent: All-Stars in 2023.
Since then, Tom has transitioned from classroom teacher to internationally acclaimed recording artist, amassing over 140 million views online, achieving eleven No.1 global chart rankings with his viral rendition of Sound of Silence, and releasing a Top 5 UK Official Charts album, Curtain Call.
Released in May 2024 under leading musical theatre label Westway Music, Curtain Call showcased both reinterpretations and original songs, including collaborations with Grammy and Ivor Novello Award-winning writers Gary Barlow and Eliot Kennedy. The album marked Tom’s evolution from reality show favorite to a respected force in classical crossover and musical theatre.
His latest single, ‘TIMELESS’ (July 2025), recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at London’s legendary Abbey Road Studios, cemented his status as one of the genre’s most exciting new voices. The cinematic track soared to No.1 in the UK, Philippines, and Singapore, and hit the Top 5 in the US, Canada, and Australia – becoming Tom’s first-ever classical crossover chart-topper.
Produced by Manu Martin and visionary Susan Lim, and mastered by 12-time Grammy-winning engineers Greg Calbi and Steve Fallone, the song was originally composed by Ron J. Danziger with lyrics by Christina Teenz Tan for the ALAN project’s ‘Lim Fantasy of Companionship’ (Piano and Orchestra).
TIMELESS took center stage at the Cannes World Film Festival, winning Best Original Song, with Tom also earning Best Breakthrough Artist honors at the same event.
